b) Help organisations with boards that reflect their customer base' demographics;
c) Be the bridge between companies in Europe and Africa seeking highly skilled executives with a global perspective. 

We have partnered with Board Academy Africa, a subsidiary of Board Academy, a multinational firm with headquarters in Munich, Germany and a strong footprint in Spain, the Middle East, Singapore, Turkey and South Africa. 

Given the board's level of responsibility, every member must have the skills and abilities they need to carry out their role.

Through Strategic African Women In Leadership (SAWIL)'s partnership with Board Academy Africa and in line with #SAWILVision2030, we seek to close the diversity and inclusion gap that exists on Boards in Corporate Africa and Europe.

Meet The Facilitators


Delegates who cancel their registration less than 7 working days prior to programme/course commencement, will be liable for 50% of the programme fee. Those who do not participate in the course without cancelling will still be liable for the full fee. Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Programme Manager.
